Daniel Koutzamanis
Daniel is the managing director of BLVD Finance and has worked in the industry since 2014. Daniel has a wealth of finance knowledge, prior to establishing BLVD Finance he worked with some of Australia’s leading banks and mortgage broking firms.
He has completed a Bachelor of Business (Accounting & Finance) as well as a Bachelor of Business (Economics) and holds all relevant mortgage broking qualifications. Daniel’s commitment and dedication is the catalyst behind the growth and success of BLVD Finance to date. His specialties include assisting clients with complex loan structures including upgraders, investors and clients of high net worth.
Daniel’s focus is clear – He’s in pursuit of providing the best possible home loan advice for all his clients. This means taking the time to understand his clients and their goals from the very start and providing the right solutions not just now but for the years to come.

Andrew Ferreri
Andrew joined BLVD Finance in June 2024 and has been in the finance industry since 2022 and held leading supervision roles in construction and real estate prior to joining. Andrew works closely with Head Broker Daniel Koutzamanis and enjoys working within the wider BLVD Finance Team.
With a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management under his belt, as well as many years supporting clients through all aspects of their property journey, Andrew not only handles the application process but ensures each interaction upholds the business’s long-term opportunity focus.
Andrew has excellent credit and relationship-building skills, ensuring the right advice is provided and delivered succinctly in line with the client’s overarching goals. Reflective of the wider BLVD Finance team, Andrew enjoys supporting clients no matter where they are in their property journey, from First Home Buyers to sophisticated Investors Andrew is well equipped to deliver outstanding advice and support over the long term.
